According to the unified deployment of the inspection work of the Party Committee of Sinosteel Luonai, on the afternoon of September 14th, the mobilization meeting of the Industrial and Trade Corporation of Sinosteel Luonai Institute was held on the 8th floor of the Comprehensive Building. QIAN Shangyi, head of the patrol group, made a mobilization speech, and DU Bo, Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection Sinosteel and the deputy chief of leading group for the patrol work, put forward specific requirements for doing a good job in this patrol work. ZHANG Enliang, deputy chief of the patrol group, all members of the patrol group and all staff of the Industrial and Trade Corporation in Luoyang attended the meeting.
QIAN Shangyi introduced the main tasks, work arrangements and requirements of patrol work focusing on improving political position to resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Committees of the Corporation, clarifying the task focus problems to carry out patrol supervision in accordance with regulations and disciplines, and strengthening the political responsibility to work together to complete the patrol task work and other tasks. The patrol group should focus on the key few points, closely follow the “Four Implementations”, and urge and strengthen the political responsibility of managing and governing Party. Industry and Trade Corporation, as the units under patrol, should enhance the “Four Consciousness”, consolidate “Four Self-confidence”, achieve “Two Maintenance”, consciously assume the political responsibility of managing and governing Party, strengthen organization and coordination, and actively support and cooperate with patrol work.
DU Bo emphasized that, firstly, they should strengthen the political positioning of patrol and promote the high-quality development of the patrolled units. Secondly, they should fully trust and fully support to ensure the successful completion of the patrol political mission. He pointed out that patrol is political supervision, to always highlight the political positioning, adhere that political supervision should follow up wherever major decisions of the Party Central Committee are deployed.
