RXD testers have been designed according to relative Chinese standard GB/T5990 Refractory materials -determination of thermal conductivity - Hot-wire method, which is equivalent to 1SO 8894-1 & 1S0 8894-2, MOD. The testers are used to determine thermal conductivity of refractories by cross hot-wire and parallel hot-wire method respectively. The fields of their application are almost include all refractories, such as alumina-carbon brick, magnesia-carbon brick, carborundum products, unshaped refractories etc.
