Aluminum silicate fiber cotton is produced from high-quality raw materials through melting blowing or spinning process. The products are divided into regular, high-alumina and zirconium-containing fibers, which are suitable for different service temperatures. Aluminum silicate fiber cotton refers to the bulk fibers collected by a cotton collector or sedimentation device from fibers produced by blowing or spinning method, also known as raw cotton fibers, which is the raw material for processing secondary fiber products.

Aluminum silicate fiber is a material with low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability and chemical stability, and no binders or corrosive substances. Applications: interlayer filling of equipment, raw material for fiber castables and coatings, raw material for vacuum formed products, etc.

Aluminum silicate fiber, also known as ceramic fiber, is a new type of lightweight refractory material. This material has the advantages of low bulk density, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, good resistance to mechanical vibration, low thermal expansion, and excellent thermal insulation performance. After special processing, it can be made into aluminum silicate fiber boards, aluminum silicate fiber felts, aluminum silicate fiber ropes, aluminum silicate fiber blankets and other products. The new sealing material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, low bulk density, long service life, high tensile strength, good elasticity, and non-toxicity. It is a new material to replace asbestos, and is widely used for thermal insulation in thermal energy equipment of metallurgy, electric power, machinery, and chemical industries.
