Product Introduction
The resistance wire fiber furnace refers to a product formed by integrating resistance wire heating elements with ceramic fibers, which has the advantages of fast temperature rise and fall speed, high temperature control accuracy, uniform furnace temperature, and light weight. The use temperature is below 1300 ℃, and the energy-saving rate can reach 20-40%.
Aluminum silicate fiber is a lightweight, fire-resistant, and well insulated material with excellent heat resistance, insulation, and mechanical strength. Therefore, it is very suitable as an inner lining material for high-temperature furnaces.
The arrangement of internal resistance wires can be selected as "one" shape or spiral shape, the molding method can be embedded or buried.


Product Features
Obvious energy-saving effect, fast temperature rise and fall speed, good heat preservation effect, and convenient installation. Various shapes can be customized according to customer requirements: arc, cylinder, semicircle, flat plate, box-type furnace chamber, etc.
1. High temperature resistance: Aluminum silicate fiber can withstand very high temperatures, making it suitable for the construction of high-temperature furnace chambers.
2. Thermal insulation performance: The porous structure of the fiber material gives it good thermal insulation performance, which can reduce heat loss.
3. Lightweight: The low density of aluminum silicate fiber reduces the overall weight of the furnace chamber, facilitating installation and maintenance.
4. Mechanical strength: Although it is a fiber material, aluminum silicate fiber still has high mechanical strength and can withstand a certain degree of mechanical impact.
5. Chemical stability: Aluminum silicate fiber has good chemical stability at high temperatures and is not easy to react with the substances heated in the furnace chamber.

Resistance wire fiber furnace chambers are widely used in muffle furnaces, tube furnaces, pit furnaces, photovoltaic semiconductor diffusion furnaces, spreading furnaces, etc.
1. Metal heat treatment: Used for heating metals for heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering.
2. Ceramic firing: Used in ceramic production for firing and curing ceramic products.
3. Glass melting: Used for melting glass raw materials to manufacture glass products.
