Marshall value is the characteristic value to measure the performance of blast furnace outlet slurry operation. When the mud is extruded from the model hole, there will be a transient force change, and the ratio of the maximum force to the cross-sectional area of the model hole is the Marshall value.
The optional special heating device for extrusion mold can effectively prevent the sharp change of plasticity caused by the drop of temperature of gun clay into the mold from affecting the test results. Microcomputer control can draw the change curve of force value in extrusion process.
