State Key Laboratory of Advanced Refractory Materials: approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2010 and passed acceptance in 2013. It has a dedicated scientific research experimental area of 5500m2 and more than 500 sets of various scientific research and development equipment. It is the most complete laboratory in China's refractory industry. It is an important base for the refractory industry to carry out applied basic research, gather and train outstanding scientific and technological talents, and carry out scientific and technological exchanges. It is an important platform for the refractory industry to develop common key technologies, enhance technical radiation capabilities, and promote the integration of production, education and research. In 2018, it successfully passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the evaluation result was a good state key laboratory.
National Engineering Research Center for Refractories: The project was approved by the former State Planning Commission in 1995. There are currently 8 engineering verification platforms and 13 achievement transformation verification lines, covering an area of more than 300 acres, divided into three areas A, B, and C. The building area is 93936m2, with more than 4600 sets of various equipment and instruments, with a total value of 196 million yuan. Its main task is to be market-oriented, with an engineering research verification line as a platform, and to pass the engineering research and industrialization of major scientific research results in the laboratory Technology integration, forming advanced and mature complete sets of industrialization technologies, driving and accelerating the transformation of industry scientific research results into actual productivity.
Nationally recognized enterprise technology center: In 2006, the enterprise technology center of China Steel Luo Nai Institute was jointly recognized as a nationally recognized enterprise technology center by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology. The main task is to carry out research on high-tech products with market prospects, as well as the development of new technologies and new processes; to carry out intermediate trials to transform scientific and technological achievements into production technologies and commodities, to digest, absorb and innovate imported domestic and foreign new technologies; to carry out Continuous improvement and optimization of existing product production processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and stabilizing quality. In 2019, the Enterprise Technology Center received a good evaluation.
National Refractory Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center: The National Refractory Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center is approved by the National Bureau of Technical Supervision as a national-level inspection agency for the inspection and appraisal of refractory materials. It is the only domestic inspection company with ISO, ASTM, DIN, EN and other international advanced standards. The national refractory material inspection agency is a quality inspection center with the widest scope of inspection business in the domestic refractory material industry.
New green energy-saving refractory materials national and local joint engineering laboratory: approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in March 2015. The laboratory takes the development of advanced refractory materials such as functional, special, energy-saving, long-life, environmentally friendly and other advanced refractory materials as the direction, and comprehensively promotes the development of green environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, new and efficient refractory materials industry, and promotes common basic materials, new functional materials, and advanced structures. The development level of new refractory materials such as materials and high-performance composite materials, and relying on the construction of this platform to increase the promotion and demonstration of new processes, new technologies, new materials, etc., and enhance the competitiveness of domestic refractory products in the international market .
