Recently, the Refractory Branch of Sinosteel Luo Nai Company participated in the 3rd Central Enterprise QC Achievement Announcement Competition. The project of the QC team of the high aluminum branch plant "reduce the rate of scrapped high aluminum products" won the second prize.
A total of 172 QC results from state-owned enterprises across the country participated in the QC results publication competition of central enterprises, and 152 QC results were successfully published online. This year is the first time for the Refractory Branch to organize and carry out QC group activities. The 8 main business branches have reported 9 topics. After the preliminary review, two of them were selected to participate in the selection competition of Sinosteel. On September 23, the QC team of the High Aluminum Branch represented Sinosteel to participate in the third central enterprise QC results publication competition. The publication competition adopts the form of online publication. The requirements for publication personnel and on-site conditions are very high, and the competition There are many teams and fierce competition. In order to ensure the smooth release of QC project results, the Quality Management Department carefully organized and coordinated relevant units to do a good job of guarantee work in a timely manner. Finally, the QC results were successfully published online and won the second prize of the National QC Results Publication Competition.
The QC group activity is an internationally recognized effective tool for solving on-site problems.
