In order to strengthen the safety production awareness of young employees and promote the integration of integrity culture into the core of enterprise development, the China Steel Luoyang Youth League Committee recently organized the 2025 "Safety Production Month" and "Integrity Culture Construction" theme group day activities.

The first stop of the activity is for young members to go to the power workshop of China Yituo Energy Branch for learning. As an advanced team that has won multiple honors such as "Safety Management Standardization Demonstration Team" and "Luoyang Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post", the workshop operation team has presented a standardized and refined safety management practice model for young people. During the on-site visit, all members gained a deep understanding of the core principles of hazard investigation, emergency response, and standardized operations through close observation and on-site communication. This effectively enhanced the practical ability of "everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies" and stimulated the sense of responsibility of all staff to participate in safety management.

Subsequently, the "Integrity Culture Construction" learning activity was carried out in an orderly manner at the Sinosteel Luonai Red Education Base. All young members watched the "Integrity" themed educational film, further deepening their understanding of the spirit of contract and professional ethics. The members of the Youth League Committee, based on their job practice, gave a keynote speech on "How to Practice Integrity Culture in Practical Actions", calling on young employees to transform the concept of integrity into practical actions.

The youth debate competition has pushed the atmosphere to a climax. The young members of the group engaged in heated debates around the two main topics of "whether well intentioned lies should be forgiven" and "whether integrity is a personal or social issue". Both sides' debaters are well prepared, with rigorous logic and sharp language, interpreting their respective positions from different perspectives. In the process of confrontation between the two sides, core concepts such as "contractual spirit" and "professional ethics" gradually became clear in the collision of thinking, and the boundary of integrity was clarified in the exchange of viewpoints, demonstrating the deep thinking and active exploration of moral standards by young people in the new era.

This themed group day activity fully demonstrates the solid professional qualities, active thinking ability, and upward spirit of the young members of Sinosteel Luonai. The Sinosteel Luonai Youth League Committee will continue to deepen education on safety production and integrity culture, and guide young employees to build a solid safety defense line and practice integrity standards in their job practice through more innovative and content rich themed activities, injecting youthful energy into the high-quality development of the enterprise.
