Recently, the third-generation furnace door bricks developed by Sinosteel Luonai Prefabricated Parts Operation Area have achieved iterative upgrades. Their core performance indicators such as anti permeability, anti coking, and impact resistance have been significantly improved compared to the second generation. The surface glaze layer has better resistance to environmental temperature cold and hot impacts and mechanical damage. Through continuous optimization of product formulas, the surface glass of the third-generation furnace door bricks is moderately matched, the glaze matches the brick body better, the adhesion performance with the brick body is improved by 15-20%, and the thermal shock performance is improved by about 20%. While the service life is significantly extended, it deeply practices the green and low-carbon concept, and helps the company and customers achieve sustainable development.

On June 16th, Xiong Jian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Steel Luonai, Geng Keming, Executive Vice General Manager, and Zhang Lixin, Deputy General Manager, conducted a special research on the development and application of third-generation coke oven door bricks in the prefabricated parts operation area.

As a key consumable refractory material for coke ovens, the first generation of furnace door bricks developed by Sinosteel Luonai began to be applied abroad in 2007. It is the first unit in China to research energy-saving and environmentally friendly refractory materials for coke ovens, and has multiple international and domestic invention patents. As the first unit, it drafted the standard "Large scale surface composite prefabricated parts for coke ovens" (YB/T4500-2016), which has been included in the "National Catalogue for Promoting Energy saving and Low carbon Technologies" for many years. In 2010, the second generation of composite ceramic door tiles (glazed door tiles) began to be widely used both domestically and internationally.

As a representative of the mid to high end series products of Zhonggang Lonai, Zhonggang Lonai adheres to the concept of win-win with customers, continuously increases the performance optimization of coke oven door bricks, and achieves product iteration and upgrading through continuous technological innovation.
