In more than ten years of frontline technical work, I have always regarded integrity as the lifeline of my career, and have formed three profound understandings in practice.

Integrity is the cornerstone of technological breakthroughs.When producing a certain export contract, due to the total weight of the contract being over 4 tons, but with more than 100 symbols, the brick type is particularly complex, and many symbol blocks are numerous and similar. In order to ensure the integrity of the enterprise and prevent errors from occurring within the almost strict delivery time, I quickly organized all technical personnel and adopted the method of placing and measuring all symbols ready for production in advance next to the machine, discovering problems in advance and communicating with collaborative units to solve them in a timely manner. We successfully completed the production task of the contract before the delivery time specified by the customer, and won high praise from the customer. This confirms that integrity is not a shackle to development, but a catalyst for breaking through technological bottlenecks.

Integrity is the criterion for quality control.In the process of implementing the "three inspections and three don'ts" system, there have been conflicts between the semi inspection process and the production team. For example, a certain batch of high alumina bricks had a dimensional deviation of only 0.5 millimeters due to mold wear. Although it meets the product technical standards, with years of experience, it may cause inconvenience to customers when used on site. So, I took the initiative to communicate with the client and decided to improve some of the products in order to meet higher standards. Despite the tight delivery time, I persisted in my principles, overcame numerous difficulties, and organized production to replenish the quantity. Ultimately, customer satisfaction with the product further increases after use. This has made me deeply realize that quality and integrity are not multiple-choice questions, but a necessary answer for the survival of enterprises.

Integrity is the bond of team building.After undertaking the production task of pouring steel bricks for a certain special steel in China, we immediately organized technical personnel to conduct process discussions and coordinated close cooperation among various departments. At the same time, I went on a business trip to conduct on-site research on product usage. Through technical exchanges, I found that although some products can meet basic usage needs, there are still some minor defects. To fulfill our commitment to high-quality products, we have moved production risk control forward. By reviewing experimental records, optimizing product formulas through data analysis and experimental verification, we ensure the stability of later production. This process not only improves product performance and stability, but also effectively reduces production costs. After multiple optimizations, the formula was finally successfully applied in production. This management philosophy of 'tolerance for mistakes, not tolerance for mistakes' enhances the team's awareness of customer integrity. We have won the praise of our customers with nearly strict high standards, and have earned a reputation for integrity for Sinosteel Luonai.

In the design of high-temperature furnaces ranging from tens to hundreds of meters, every inch of construction requires the accumulation of effort and wisdom. The precise layout of anchor components, clever setting of process holes, and tight fitting of structural bricks... From the overall architecture to detailed carving, every detail needs to be repeatedly calculated and fitted on the design drawings. Even a millimeter level error may be inadvertently amplified in practical engineering, bringing unpredictable consequences. In this journey of upholding integrity, staying true to one's original intention often comes with loneliness; When it comes to honesty, loneliness is a companion, but when witnessing the successful operation of a project with one's own eyes, the achievements standing before one's eyes are like blooming flowers, instantly dispelling all loneliness and solitude, and making one's heart surge with indescribable sense of achievement and pride.

The structural design of refractory materials for the first million ton hydrogen based vertical furnace in China is a significant milestone in my career. From scratch, from chaos to clarity, the design process spans over half a year. The process of repeatedly proposing solutions and overturning them over and over again is both agonizing and tempering. Countless silent nights, accompanied only by a desk lamp and a computer running quietly, I wander alone in the deep sea of thought. Repeatedly presenting the overall architecture plan, breaking down detailed structures, and deducing technical details, all efforts are made for the original intention of "integrity". When the 3D solid model is perfectly constructed and the complete design blueprint is slowly unfolded on the construction site, facing the trusting gaze of the owner and the construction party, I deeply understand the extraordinary value and profound significance of adhering to integrity.

Integrity "is not an empty slogan, but a moral standard that the people of Luonai must always hold tightly, and a code of conduct that runs through the entire work process. It is closely related to the height and breadth of personal career development, and is also closely related to the success or failure of enterprises. The signed articles of Secretary Hu Wangming and Chairman are like brilliant stars hanging high in the sky, guiding us in the direction of confusion in the workplace; It's like a deafening alarm bell, constantly ringing in our ears, reminding us not to forget the foundation of integrity.
