In order to effectively safeguard the safety and health rights of employees under high temperature weather, prevent heatstroke and various accidents, and ensure the safety of employees during the summer, the China Steel Luonai Labor Union recently issued a notice on carrying out the "Labor Union Sending Coolness, Heatstroke Prevention, Security and Health" activity in 2025. From July 15th to 17th, Xiong Jian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Steel Luonai, Zuo Rui, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Shi Lihuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission, and relevant leaders of the labor union led a team to the production sites of Luoxin Base, New Materials Co., Ltd., and Luoyi Base, bringing coolness and care to the workers who were sticking to their frontline positions in high temperatures.

At the production site of Luoxin Base, Xiong Jian had cordial exchanges with the employees, shook hands one by one, and expressed sincere gratitude to everyone who did not fear high temperatures and stayed at their posts. Everyone has worked hard! When working in hot weather, it is necessary to raise safety awareness, take measures to prevent heatstroke and cool down, arrange work and rest reasonably, and ensure a balance between work and rest. Then, he personally delivered heatstroke relief drinks, herbal tea, etc. to the employees.

At the construction site of the New Materials Company, Zuo Rui delivered sweet and juicy watermelons, refreshing drinks, and other supplies to frontline workers and construction personnel, patiently reminding everyone: "In hot weather, everyone must enhance self-protection awareness, arrange work time reasonably, ensure the progress and quality of construction, and also ensure the safety and orderliness of the construction site." Subsequently, Zuo Rui conducted safety supervision and inspection of the construction site, carefully investigating every possible safety hazard from equipment operation to protective measures.
