Recently, the CSCIED Technology Core Evaluation Database released the annual Science and Technology Journal ES Rating (Evaluation Star) list. "Refractory Materials", supervised and hosted by China Steel Luoyang Institute, was successfully selected as a "CSCIED Technology Core Journal" with an ES rating of 9.02 (A level) due to its excellent academic quality and outstanding industry contributions. This achievement is not only a powerful proof of the academic strength of the journal, but also injects strong momentum into the brand building of Zhonggang Lonai, further enhancing its authority and international influence in the field of refractory materials.

 

 

 

The CSCIED Technology Core Evaluation Database was jointly initiated and established by scholars from well-known universities such as the University of Hong Kong, Macau University of Science and Technology, and Zhejiang University. Currently, it has included 1842 scientific journals and its users cover nearly 40 countries and regions worldwide. The ES evaluation index introduced by its innovation classifies journals with scores above 7.5 as A-level and includes them in the core category. This scoring system integrates multidimensional evaluations from ordinary users and over 2000 authoritative jury members (including academicians, leaders of academic associations, top scientists, etc.), objectively assessing innovation, research methods, influence, and other dimensions, providing reliable evidence for academic resource retrieval.

Refractory Materials "was founded in 1966 and has long focused on the research, production, and application trends of refractory materials in China. Since 1992, it has been rated as a Chinese core journal for 10 consecutive times and has been included in databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and Chaoxing in China; It has been included in databases such as CA, CAS, EBSCO in the United States, SCOPUS in the Netherlands, AJ in Russia, and JST in Japan. According to the statistical results published in the "Annual Report on Impact Factors of Chinese Academic Journals" (2024 edition), "Refractory Materials" is located in the Q1 area of the disciplines (TF Metallurgical Engineering Technology and TQ Chemical Engineering).
