Sinosteel Luonai held a symposium for young employees

In order to deepen and implement the education of the special situation task of "I share the same destiny with the enterprise, create value and strive for excellence", educate and guide young employees to boost their "spirit" and work status, focus on value creation, improve work efficiency, and actively integrate into the overall reform and development of the company, on May 14th, Sinosteel Luonai held a youth employee symposium with the theme of "I grow and strive together with the enterprise". Xiong Jian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman, Shi Lihuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, relevant functional department heads, and 27 representatives of young employees attended the symposium.

 

 

 

At the symposium, young employee representatives opened up and talked about their work insights, life experiences, and future career development plans in the company. They also put forward ideas and suggestions for the company's management, operation, and business development. Xiong Jian listened carefully, patiently asked for details, and discussed together the ideas for solving the difficulties, obstacles, pain points, and other issues encountered by young employee representatives in their work and life. The heads of the Party and Mass Work Department, Human Resources Department, Office, Youth League Committee and other units respectively provided targeted answers to the concerns of young employees and sent growth messages.

Shi Lihuan focuses on the growth and development of young employees, and puts forward two expectations. Firstly, he encourages young employees to strengthen their sense of responsibility, actively integrate into the overall development of the company, actively provide suggestions based on their positions, and inject youthful energy into the company's management and business expansion with innovative thinking; The second is to advocate young employees to establish a lifelong learning concept, break through habitual thinking and comfortable states, actively participate in challenging tasks such as team collaboration and project tackling, broaden their career horizons in practice, and achieve dual breakthroughs in personal abilities and career development.

 

 

 

Xiong Jian, based on his personal growth experience and insights, shared valuable insights with the youth representatives around the gains and setbacks, and expressed his heartfelt message to all the youth of Sinosteel Luonai from three aspects. Firstly, all young employees should have firm confidence in development, unify their ideological consensus, deeply recognize the good situation of the company's future development, bravely shoulder the mission of the main force and assault team in their work, grow and share the destiny with the company, actively transmit positive energy, and contribute their youthful strength to the company's development. Secondly, in terms of personal growth path, it is necessary to continuously learn new knowledge and skills, and build core competitiveness; To summarize experience and reflect on shortcomings through repeated thinking, and enhance problem-solving abilities; To engage in project practice with a humble attitude and accumulate practical experience; To transform adversity and setbacks into growth drivers, and to temper resilient willpower; Be bold in trial and error, innovate, and learn from failures; Strengthen communication and interaction with colleagues to achieve happy work and healthy life. Thirdly, relevant departments such as the Youth League Committee and the Trade Union should actively build high-quality growth platforms for young people, create diverse development opportunities, further facilitate employee development channels, construct a value creation oriented salary incentive system, and fully stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of young employees.

Xiong Jian called on all young employees to recognize the development situation, strengthen crisis awareness, firmly grasp the valuable opportunities of the company's rapid development, actively integrate personal growth into the overall development of the enterprise, base themselves on their positions, forge ahead, and work together to promote the company to embark on a new journey of high-quality development through mutual assistance.
