Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province released the "List of Proposed 5G Fully Connected Factories in Henan Province by 2025",  and Sinosteel Luonai 5G+Smart Factorywas successfully selected.

The 5G fully connected factory is an advanced factory that makes full use of the new generation of information and communication technology integration represented by 5G to build a new industrial Internet infrastructure, build or transform production lines, workshops, factories and other production sites, and form an advanced factory with extensive connection of production units, deep integration of information operations, full use of data elements, and efficient innovative applications.

Sinosteel Luonai has built a "1+1+N" intelligent factory architecture in the Yichuan New Materials Industrial Park, consisting of a 5G private network, an MES system, and N application scenarios. Leveraging the technological advantages of high bandwidth, low latency, large access, and high concurrency of the 5G network, the factory achieves continuous coverage of 5G signals throughout the production area. By collecting and transmitting real-time data on equipment operation status, process parameters, and product quality, dynamically monitoring and scheduling production execution, quality control, energy and environmental protection, and warehousing logistics, a digital management system covering the entire process of factory production and operation is constructed.
