In order to further leverage the role of self-management activities, continuously deepen quality improvement work, stimulate the initiative and creativity of grassroots employees to participate in quality management, drive the majority of employees to focus on Baowu's "four modernizations" and "four haves", implement requirements such as "accounting management" and "lean management", establish positions, innovate and create efficiency, and contribute wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of Sinosteel Luonai, recently, Sinosteel Luonai successfully held the 2025 QC group achievement press conference. More than 30 representatives from each QC group, technical personnel from production units, and quality management personnel attended the meeting, jointly opening a smart feast of innovative achievements.

A total of 18 projects from various production and quality inspection units participated in this press conference. Each participating group fully practiced the core concept of "small, practical, dynamic, and new", strictly followed the PDCA management mode, supported by data and based on facts, used quality management tools and methods to optimize production and inspection processes, improve product quality, enhance operational efficiency, and continuously solve practical problems on the production site.

After preliminary material review, 9 projects stood out and advanced to the on-site presentation stage. Through fierce competition, the intelligent QC group "Reducing the number of broken rollers in the No.2 nitriding roller kiln" won the championship, while the beautiful molding QC group "Development of an intelligent cooling device for a small carving machine spindle" and the oxide operation area QC group "Improving the yield of corundum bricks fired in ultra-high temperature tunnel kilns for special ceramics" won second and third place respectively.

The successful holding of this QC achievement press conference not only provides a platform for grassroots innovation teams to showcase their achievements and exchange experiences, but also ignites the enthusiasm of all employees to devote themselves to quality improvement.
