In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the All China Federation of Trade Unions, implement the requirements of the "One Month Theme" activity plan of the China Steel Group Trade Union, and combine with the special situation and task education of "I share the destiny with the enterprise, create value and strive for excellence", continuously strengthen the ideological and political guidance of employees, stimulate the enthusiasm of the majority of employees to learn the history of the labor movement and inherit the spirit of the labor movement, the China Steel Luonai Trade Union has carefully planned and organized a series of theme activities, including visiting the Luoyang Labor Movement History Museum and the Labor Movement Knowledge Award Competition, which has sparked a wave of learning the spirit of the labor movement in the company.

On the morning of April 18th, more than 40 union workers organized by the China Iron and Steel Luonai Union walked into the Luoyang Workers' Movement History Museum, embarking on a journey of exploring the history of the workers' movement. The vivid narration of the guide took everyone back to the magnificent era of the labor movement. From "Spring Dawn in the Ancient Capital, New Chapter of Luoyang Labor Movement", we can see the magnificent scene of Luoyang Labor Movement setting sail at a new historical starting point; From the chapter of 'Passionate Era, Hard Work and Creation of Great Achievements', it makes people feel as if they are immersed in that vibrant and passionate era of construction; From the surging tide of reform and climbing to new heights, we deeply appreciate the heroic spirit of the working class in Luoyang, who bravely stood at the forefront and worked hard in the wave of reform and opening up; From the painting of "magnificent voyage, working together to build the Chinese Dream", it shows the firm belief of the working class in Luoyang in the new era to unite and forge ahead in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; I deeply feel the care and expectations of the Party and the state for the working class in Luoyang, as if it were a spring breeze and rain, from the words' earnest instructions, spring breeze and rain moistening the city of Luoyang '; The brilliant stars and great spirit shining in Heluo highlight the glorious deeds of countless pioneers and outstanding workers in the Luoyang labor movement, as well as the shining spirit of the labor movement on this land. During the visit, union workers sometimes stopped to stare, sometimes exchanged and discussed, deeply experiencing the profound connotation of perseverance, unity and cooperation, and courage to struggle contained in the spirit of the labor movement.

In order to further stimulate the enthusiasm of workers to learn about the spirit of the labor movement, after the visit, the China Iron and Steel Luoyang Union organized a knowledge prize competition called "Building Dreams for Workers on the Century long Labor Movement Road", carefully designing an online knowledge answer sheet covering the history of the labor movement, trade union law, labor law, protection of workers' rights and interests, and the organizational structure of the Luoyang Union. The "Centennial Labor Movement Road, Workers Build Dreams" labor movement knowledge quiz activity has attracted a total of 488 active participants, of which 45% of the total number of respondents received full marks. With the hot release of the "100% answer sheet" of the labor movement knowledge competition, the 100 winners performed with a perfect score of "zero error", engraving the "spiritual steel seal" of industrial workers in the new era for the century old labor movement spirit.

Through the series of themed activities of "Centenary Workers' Dream Building Journey", the employees of Sinosteel Luonai have gained a deeper understanding of the history of labor movement and the spirit of labor movement.
