In order to fully implement the "5S Management Measures for Production Sites" of Sinosteel Luonai, systematically summarize the achievements of 5S management work on production sites in 2024, further strengthen communication and exchange among various units, and solidly promote the new height of 5S management work in 2025, Sinosteel Luonai recently held a 5S work meeting on production sites in 2025. Nearly a hundred people including Wang Zhanmin, Vice General Manager of Sinosteel Luonai, responsible persons for 5S management work of relevant units, and production front-line team leaders attended the meeting on site, and relevant personnel from Wuhan Refractory participated in the video conference.
At the meeting, the Manufacturing Management Department reported on the results of the year-end evaluation for 2024 and the "2025 Production Site 5S Work Promotion Plan". The excellent unit of 5S management - the promoter of the oxide operation area in Luoxin Base, the outstanding unit of 5S management progress - the maintenance team of the high aluminum operation area in Luoyi Base, and the outstanding team representatives - the packaging and shipping team of the composite material operation area and the isostatic pressing kiln team of the oxide operation area in Luoxin Base shared their experiences and insights in 5S management work.
Wang Zhanmin highly affirmed the work of excellent units and put forward several requirements for the 5S management work of the company's production site in 2025: firstly, leaders at all levels should lead by example, take the lead, effectively delegate responsibilities to the front line, and fully play a leading role; Secondly, it is necessary to further clarify management standards, continuously strengthen assessment efforts, and ensure that management work is systematic and rewards and punishments are clear; The third is to focus on building a long-term mechanism to ensure that various systems truly take root and form a normalized and standardized management model.
