In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the new round of cadre education and training plan and comprehensively enhance the ability of cadres to govern and develop enterprises, Sinosteel Luonai successfully held a one-day and a half day special training on "Accounting and Management" from March 13th to 14th. This training focuses on the "Four Modernizations", "Four Haves" and optimization of operating costs, aiming to consolidate the foundation of accounting operations, strengthen accounting operations, promote the integration of accounting operations into processes and businesses, and enhance the company's ability to cope with future long-term market shocks.

The training content is closely integrated with the actual situation of the company, with "accounting management" as the core, summarizing and refining the practical experience and typical practices of accounting management. After conducting business sand table exercises and case studies, 12 participating representatives reported on their accounting management results and insights, and combined their job responsibilities to explain the methods and paths of accounting management.

This training has made the participating cadres realize that "accounting management" is not only the work of the finance department, but also a management mindset that involves the participation of all staff.
