In the spring of March, all things come back to life. In this season full of vitality and hope, we celebrate the 115th International Women's Day on March 8th. To celebrate the festival and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of female workers, the China Steel Luonai Labor Union has carefully planned a series of colorful activities such as themed essay writing, cake DIY, and collective movie watching, bringing warmth and blessings to the female workers during the festival.

On the morning of March 5th, more than 200 female employees of China Steel Luonai gathered at the entrance of the joint stock company and Luonai courtyard, and together they took a bus to the Casamia factory in Luoyang to carry out a cake DIY activity called "Sweet Meeting 'Baking' Feeling Happy".

At the beginning of the event, Xiong Jian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinosteel Luonai, expressed the most sincere holiday greetings and highest respect to all female employees on behalf of the company. She fully recognized the important contributions made by female employees in the company's development process and urged everyone to always maintain the spirit of "hard work", the enthusiasm of "innovation" and the style of "work", and continue to write a new chapter for women in the company's high-quality development journey.

Subsequently, the leaders of both sides and representatives of the company's labor union jointly cut the cake and sent their best wishes to everyone.

Under the guidance of the staff, the female employees visited the cultural corridor, production workshop, quality control center and other places in an orderly manner. Subsequently, everyone put on aprons, picked up tools, and transformed into "dessert masters", eager to show off their skills. Under the patient guidance of the baker, we place the cake embryo, apply cream, adjust the shape, design the decoration... Everyone communicates and collaborates with each other, fully unleashing their creativity and imagination, and carefully crafting their own unique works. The atmosphere at the event was lively, with laughter and cheers echoing one after another. After finishing the cake, everyone carefully picked up the "work" and moved to the cozy cake tasting area. There are already cakes, desserts, and juice drinks on the table for everyone to choose from. Female employees sit together, sharing interesting stories about making cakes and exchanging insights on work and life.

In the afternoon, the collective movie watching activity unfolded in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The female employees watched the popular animated movie "Ne Zha: The Demonic Child Roars in the Sea" together. In the film, Ne Zha's spirit of not accepting his fate and daring to fight against it deeply infected every audience present. Amidst the interplay of light and shadow, female workers immerse themselves in the exciting plot, fully enjoying their own leisure time.

Through the "March 8th" series of activities, female employees not only eased their stress and enhanced their friendship in a joyful and warm atmosphere, but also truly experienced the company's care and respect. During the critical period of actively promoting situation and task education in the company, female employees, as an indispensable "half of the sky" for the company's development, will transform the happiness and unity gained from activities into work motivation with more firm beliefs and full enthusiasm.
