Accelerate the pace of integration and collaboration. According to the company's overall deployment of adjusting the operation mode of relevant units and integrating homogeneous production lines, multiple production line integration related meetings were held between the functional amorphous operation area of Luoxin Base and the amorphous operation area of the original Luoyi Base, focusing on the operation mode of the integrated production line and related departments, as well as the practical difficulties that exist. Both parties brainstormed and analyzed item by item, proposing suggestions to accelerate the pace of integration and improve integration efficiency to ensure the smooth operation of business after the integration of production lines.

The process reduces costs and achieves new results. In order to improve the production quality and efficiency of porous bricks in the PDH project, the oxide operation area of the Luoxin base has made multiple modifications to the mold design plan in the early stage, and has jointly studied and discussed with the mold spraying manufacturer the spraying process that is more suitable for the mold. After the implementation of the new process, the life of the mold has been increased from 800 pieces of porous bricks per set to 10000 pieces, reducing the frequency of mold replacement, improving production efficiency, and reducing production costs.

Promote the upgrading of domestic substitution technologies. The composite material operation area of Luoxin Base strengthens the collaboration of Baowu Ecological Circle and holds technical discussions with Baosteel Co., Ltd. on the domestic substitution of Baosteel No.1 blast furnace tuyere bricks. Both parties have reached an agreement on technical attachments and contracts, marking a solid step forward for the composite operation area in the field of domestic substitution of blast furnace tuyere bricks. Both parties will take this cooperation as an opportunity to further strengthen technical exchanges and cooperation, and jointly promote the innovation and development of domestic blast furnace tuyere brick technology.
