Sinosteel Luonai earnestly studied the spirit of the annual work conference of China Baowu and Zhonggang Group, and deeply planned and implemented the work deployment proposed in the conference, such as "refractory materials should transform into high value-added and functional refractory materials, and focus on solving the technical bottleneck problem of refractory materials for the main steel industry" and "vigorously explore Baowu's internal market and improve its internal market share". We guided cadres and employees to work hard with a practical and successful attitude, and strive to complete various key work tasks.

Sinosteel Luonai conducted a thorough and objective analysis of the current internal and external situation, taking the convening of a marketing conference as a new starting point, and determined the marketing plan of "highly coordinated production, sales, and research, making every effort to achieve incremental growth, and forging a bloody path". It further clarified the key marketing work arrangements, such as strengthening the collaboration of the Baowu ecosystem, accelerating the transformation towards steel consumable materials, and vigorously expanding export business. In order to strengthen the overall planning and leadership of the expansion of steel consumable business, comprehensively integrate and consolidate company resources, Sinosteel Luonai has established a leading group for the transformation and development of steel consumable material business led by the Party Secretary and Chairman, anchoring key business expansion and specific goals. Six special working groups have been established, including the Key Function Refractory Technology Improvement Research Group for the entire steel process, the "Refractory Steward" service mode promotion group, and the market development group. The members of the team are in charge of vigorously promoting the effective implementation of various work. At the same time, the company will also implement implementation paths such as optimizing its international layout, increasing market development in the field of refractory materials engineering in emerging industries, optimizing its marketing model to transform into a refractory material service provider, and building two "windows" for external marketing architecture, including a marketing center and an engineering technology division, to accelerate the implementation of marketing work.
