Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province issued a notice on the release of the list of typical solutions for the large-scale application of 5G in key industrial chains in Henan Province in 2024. Among them, the "5G+Smart Factory in Refractory Materials Industry" project jointly applied by Sinosteel Luonai and Luoyang Mobile was successfully selected.

This project comprehensively focuses on the production and manufacturing of refractory materials, quality management, and research and development design. It aims to fully leverage the outstanding advantages of 5G network in terms of high bandwidth, low latency, and wide connectivity, using Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as the intelligent center and advanced mobile 5G communication network to build a widely covered data transmission network. By deploying 5G data collection gateways, 5G+automated guided vehicles (AGVs), 5G+robotic arms, 5G+machine vision inspection, 5G+intelligent warehouse management, 5G+smart park solutions, and comprehensive information display platforms, precise control and optimized management of the entire process from raw materials to finished products have been achieved. While improving the workshop working environment, energy consumption rates have been reduced, effectively improving product qualification rates and resource utilization.

Sinosteel Luonai will further expand its application scenarios around "5G+Smart Factory", deepen the development and practice of "5G+AI+Big Model" technology, promote the deep integration of new generation information technology and refractory material manufacturing industry, and lead the refractory material industry to a new level of high-quality development.
