On October 31st, Xiong Jian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinosteel Luonai, and his delegation visited and exchanged ideas in Xin'an County. They held working talks with Wang Zhi, Secretary of the Xin'an County Party Committee, and had in-depth exchanges on deepening practical cooperation and promoting common development.
