He stressed that Sinosteel Luoyang Nail, as a leading enterprise in the new material industry in Luoyang, should fully implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, adhere to the "four orientations", rely on national innovation platforms such as the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Refractory Materials, dare to break through the "choke" key technologies, and actively act in the implementation of national key research and development projects, new material development, process improvement and other aspects, so as to contribute more to promoting civil military integration and Luoyang economic construction.

The construction of the Sinosteel Luonai New Materials Research and Development Center building project started in January 2024, and the main structure facade construction has been basically completed, laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the entire project. The construction project of Sinosteel Luonai New Materials R&D Center has a total construction area of approximately 22000 square meters, including functional areas such as R&D center, testing center, comprehensive office and research supporting facilities. In the future, the Research and Development Center for New Materials of Sinosteel Luonai will become a new battlefield for Sinosteel Luonai's technological innovation, greatly enhancing its technological innovation capabilities and empowering Sinosteel Luonai towards higher quality development.
