In order to promote comprehensive quality management, enhance employees' quality awareness, and shape a good corporate quality culture, on the afternoon of September 27th, the Manufacturing Management Department of Sinosteel Luonai, in conjunction with the company's labor union, organized the "Quality Month" speech competition and "Improving Quality and Efficiency" labor competition with the theme of "Strengthening Quality Support and Building a Quality Strong Enterprise". Wang Zhanmin, Deputy General Manager of Sinosteel Luonai, attended the event. A total of 32 contestants from various base operation areas, Luonai Institute, and some functional departments participated in the competition.

Wang Zhanmin emphasized in his speech at the competition that quality is the foundation of an enterprise, the basis of its development, and the life of the enterprise. It is not only related to the market competitiveness of products, but also the key to the brand reputation and sustainable development of enterprises. At the competition venue, the contestants were full of emotions and passion. Combining their actual job positions and work experience, they elaborated on their quality responsibilities and understanding of quality work from different perspectives, sharing their valuable experience and profound insights in quality control, process improvement, problem solving, and other aspects. The speech was rich in content, clear in logic, and sincere in emotions, showcasing the unremitting efforts of each individual and team in pursuing excellent quality, which resonated with the audience and received rounds of applause.

After fierce competition, two first prizes, three second prizes, five third prizes, and eight excellent prizes were finally selected.
