In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements and instructions on safety production work, and to implement the relevant spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on safety production work, in accordance with the requirements of China Baowu's "Notice on Strengthening Safety Production Work during Important Festivals and Major Events" and China Steel Group's "Notice on Effectively Strengthening Safety Production Work during Important Festivals and Major Events", and to effectively carry out safety production work during the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the National Day period, from September 24th to 29th, the company's Party Secretary, Chairman Xiong Jian and other team members led teams to conduct pre holiday safety production inspections on the front line of production.

Xiong Jian and other members of the team went to Ningxia Naiyan Binhe Co., Ltd., Luonai Institute, and Luoyi Base to inspect and guide safety production work. They went deep into various work areas and key locations to carefully inspect the safe operation of production equipment and facilities, inquired in detail about important hazard sources and control measures in the production process, and reminded production site staff to conscientiously implement job safety operation procedures and equipment safety operation procedures during production operations, eliminate the phenomenon of "three violations", and achieve "four no injuries"; Emphasis should be placed on firmly establishing the safety production concept of "violations are crimes" and "hidden dangers are accidents", promptly identifying and correcting safety hazards around us, and eliminating accident hazards in their infancy.

Safety is more important than Mount Tai. According to the relevant requirements of China Baowu and China Steel Group, for major accident hazards and systemic major safety risk hazards that are not effectively investigated and corrected, relevant management personnel should be held accountable before initiating safety production. During the safety inspection, Xiong Jian and other members of the leadership team emphasized that leaders and all employees at all levels should conscientiously implement the requirements of their superiors, effectively implement the responsibility system for safety production for all employees, internalize the responsibility for safety production in their hearts and externalize it in their actions, strengthen the assessment of the implementation of safety production responsibility for all employees, weave a tight defense line for the company's safety production responsibility, effectively prevent and resolve various production safety risks, resolutely curb the occurrence of various production safety accidents, ensure that the safety production situation of China Steel Luonai remains stable in the long term, and provide strong safety guarantees for the smooth progress of various work and activities to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
