Recently, Director Liang Qide and his delegation from South Korea's North Korea Refractory Company visited Zhonggang Lonai Institute for technical exchange. More than 40 people, including Wang Zhanmin, Deputy General Manager of China Steel Lona, Minister of Science and Technology Innovation Department of China Steel Lona, Deng Junjie, Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Lona Institute, Wang Gang, General Manager of China Steel Lona Institute, and Yuan Bo, Assistant General Manager of Lona Institute, attended the technical exchange meeting.

At the exchange meeting, Sinosteel Luonai Institute introduced the research progress and achievements in the development and application of high-efficiency thermal conductivity system SiC materials for garbage incinerators, insulation technology for metallurgical high-temperature tanks, and the development of torque viscosity testers. North Korean Refractories conducted quantitative evaluation of material heat transfer in hydrogen environment, performance prediction of refractory material manufacturing process based on machine learning, and reports on refractory materials for glass kilns.

This technical exchange meeting is the 10th technical exchange meeting between China Steel Luoyang Institute and North Korea Refractory. Both sides have expressed their intention to leverage their respective advantages and carry out scientific research project cooperation on the basis of long-term exchanges. At the same time, they will deepen communication and exchanges in product promotion and market development to promote mutual development and win-win cooperation.
