On September 19th, to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and to unite and lead the vast number of young members of the Communist Party of China to always follow the Party, with full enthusiasm and a good mental state, to showcase a new atmosphere and embark on a new journey for China Steel Luoyang. With the guidance of the China Steel Luoyang Party Committee and the strong support of the Party Mass Work Department, the China Steel Luoyang Youth League Committee organized a youth symposium on "Showcasing a New Atmosphere and Embarking on a New Journey". The Party Secretary Xiong Jian, the Minister of the Party Organization Department (Human Resources Department) Zhang Hongbo, the Minister of the Party Mass Work Department (Corporate Culture Department) Xiong Jianhua, and representatives of the Youth League members attended the symposium, which was chaired by the head of the Youth League Committee Hu Piao.

The meeting introduced the organization and youth members of the China Steel Luoyang Youth League, reported on the main work and achievements in the first half of the year, and made arrangements and deployments for the next stage of youth league work.

The young representatives attending the meeting, based on their own work, study, and life, freely expressed their opinions on the company's technological innovation, production and operation, ability improvement, career planning, and other aspects. They reported their work achievements, talked about the urgent difficulties and worries of the youth group in work and life, put forward opinions and suggestions for the future development of Sinosteel Luonai, and deeply expressed the youthful responsibility and actions that Sinosteel Luonai youth should have at critical moments of the company.

Xiong Jian affirmed the company's youth league work. During the discussion, Xiong Jian carefully listened to the speeches of each youth representative, exchanged and inquired from time to time, and responded to the salary system, incentive mechanism, development channels and other issues that young people were concerned about one by one, answering questions and clarifying doubts. As a cadre who grew up on the front line of youth work, Xiong Jian combines his personal growth experience and insights to share the gains and losses of his growth with young representatives. He encourages and calls on young employees to stand firm in their positions during the critical period of company development, give full play to the wisdom and strength of young people, and contribute their youthful strength to the company's reform and development. Xiong Jian sends a heartfelt message to all young people of Sinosteel Luonai from five aspects.
