In order to further improve the ability and level of grassroots safety production management and consolidate the foundation of safety production management, Sinosteel Luonai held a "Safety Officer and Team Leader Safety Management Ability Enhancement Training Course" from August 22 to 23. A total of 133 safety officers from various functional departments and business departments of Sinosteel Luonai, safety management personnel from various base safety production rooms, safety officers and team leaders from various work areas participated in the training. Bo Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinosteel Luonai, and Wang Zhanmin, Deputy General Manager, attended the opening ceremony.

Bo Jun emphasized at the opening ceremony that the focus and difficulty of enterprise safety production work lies at the grassroots level, and the key to grassroots safety production work lies in the team leader. The purpose of this training is to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on safety production, further strengthen the safety production awareness and responsibility of grassroots safety management personnel, improve safety management capabilities, and make requirements for participants to cherish learning opportunities, learn and think at the same time, effectively transform learning outcomes into work effectiveness, and ensure that learning is gained, accomplished, and applied.                       

In class, the instructor gave detailed explanations on the improvement of safety management abilities for safety officers and team leaders, methods for identifying and evaluating hazards, and methods for identifying and managing hidden dangers and conducting safety inspections. The trainees participated in learning and communication in a team format, with 17 groups actively participating in activities such as simulating pre class meetings, planning safety activities, identifying hidden dangers, and evaluating hazards. They actively spoke up and interacted, closely integrating theory with practice, and achieving the training goal of applying knowledge and integrating it into practice.

After the course ended, all participants took the training graduation exam and evaluated the effectiveness of the training. Through this training, the participants have further deepened their understanding of safety production work, expanded their knowledge base, enriched their safety knowledge reserves, mobilized their enthusiasm for learning safety production knowledge, and truly internalized and externalized the concept of safety production in their hearts and actions, further strengthening the safety production defense line at the grassroots level of the company.
