Recently, the China Iron and Steel Luoyang Nai Labor Union organized 10 young workers to participate in the 2024 "Gathering New Workers and Building Dreams in Luoyang City" themed training course organized by the Luoyang Federation of Trade Unions.

The first stop was for young workers to visit the construction site of the million ton ethylene project at Luoyang Petrochemical, where they had a detailed understanding of the project's construction plan, progress, and future development prospects. Under the guidance of the guide, we also visited the production control center, factory history museum, and Meihua Deer Garden of Luoyang Petrochemical Company in an orderly manner. Subsequently, the young workers listened to a special lecture on the economic development of Luoyang City and engaged in lively discussions.

At the symposium, Xuan Yuang, a representative of young employees of Sinosteel Luonai, gave a speech, detailing the historical evolution, innovative advantages, and development overview of Sinosteel Luonai. He also shared his own work experience and insights.

In the afternoon, under the guidance of the guide, the training class visited the Dingdingmen Site Museum and the Luoyang City Planning Museum. Experience the grandeur of Luoyang during the Sui and Tang dynasties and the prosperity of the millennium Silk Road at the Dingdingmen Site Museum. At the Luoyang Planning Museum, we will delve into the development trajectory of Luoyang from ancient times to the present along the three axes of historical, modern, and future urban development, and learn about the overall urban planning concept of Luoyang.

This event is carefully organized by the Luoyang Federation of Trade Unions, aiming to provide new young employees with a deep understanding of Luoyang's history, culture, industrial development, and urban planning, and enhance their sense of participation and belonging in urban construction.

After the event, the participating workers expressed that they had gained a deeper understanding of Luoyang's profound historical and cultural heritage and strong industrial manufacturing capabilities through visiting and learning. They will devote themselves to work with a more positive and upward spirit, and contribute to the construction of modern Luoyang.
