In order to thoroughly implement the "5S Management Measures for Production Sites" of Sinosteel Luonai, continuously promote 5S management on production sites, improve the working environment, eliminate safety hazards, and continuously improve the company's level of refined management. Recently, Sinosteel Luonai held a 2024 production site 5S promotion work meeting. Wang Zhanmin, Vice General Manager of Sinosteel Luonai, attended the meeting, and more than 50 5S work leaders and team leaders from relevant units attended the meeting.

At the promotion work meeting, the Manufacturing Management Department promoted and interpreted the "5S Management Measures for the Production Site of China Steel Luonai" and the "2024 5S Management Implementation Plan", comprehensively planned and deployed the company's 5S management work for 2024, clarified work objectives, determined organizational structure, and proposed work plans and requirements for each stage. In order to enhance the effectiveness of 5S management, a special training on "Successfully Promoting 5S On site Management" was conducted at the meeting.

Wang Zhanmin pointed out that implementing 5S management in production sites is essential for improving the working environment and protecting the physical and mental health of employees; Ensure more stable product quality and continuously improve production efficiency; Further improving the corporate image and enhancing employee competence are meaningful, and four requirements are put forward for 5S management work,Firstly,each base should attach great importance to integrating 5S work into daily management and improving management quality;The second is to take responsibility to the end, allocate it to the district and specific individuals, and refine the 5S management;Thirdly,we must strictly follow the requirements and deployment of management measures and implementation plans to promote work and ensure effective results;The fourth is to continuously improve and enhance, solidify long-term mechanisms, and make excellent practices a habit.
