According to the requirements of the Party Committee of China Steel Group for studying and educating on Party discipline, in order to effectively promote the deepening and implementation of Party discipline learning and education, China Steel Luonai, in conjunction with the Party discipline learning and education work arrangement, held a Party discipline learning and education discipline and warning education conference on the afternoon of July 24th. Bo Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, gave a lecture on disciplinary party courses titled "Learning Party Discipline, Speaking Rules, Knowing Respect and Keeping Bottom Lines". More than 110 members of the company's leadership team, B-level and above leaders, party organization secretaries and deputy secretaries at all levels, and all party members of Comrade Bo Jun's party branch attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Zhang Xiaofeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the company.

Comrade Bo Jun made a detailed interpretation of the newly revised Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Actions from three aspects: overall summary and characteristics, profound understanding and accurate grasp of the key points of the new contents of the Regulations, strengthening the education of party discipline learning, and enhancing the consciousness of abiding by rules and disciplines. Finally, it is emphasized that we must deeply understand the scientific connotation and practical requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on comprehensively strengthening the Party's discipline construction, truly internalize the study of discipline, knowledge of discipline, clarity of discipline, and adherence to discipline in our hearts, and externalize it in our actions. We must start from strict basic systems, daily norms, and leading cadres to take the lead, and ensure that we hold the bottom line, do not step on the red line, and do not touch the high-voltage line. Efforts should be made to achieve results in studying and implementing the Regulations, truly adhering to the "Six Disciplines" in the process of learning, understanding, and clarifying discipline.

The attendees watched the warning education film "Confession and Warning" in a concentrated manner, taking the case as a warning and demonstrating discipline, reminding all personnel that party discipline and national laws cannot be trampled upon, and that they must always maintain a clear mind and adhere to the bottom line of discipline.

In order to give full play to the warning and educational role of typical cases, the "Analysis of Typical Cases of Party Discipline Learning and Education in Sinosteel Luonai" compiled by the company's Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department has been issued for learning. By using warning cases around us, we can alert the vast number of party members and cadres to be respectful, cautious, and keep the bottom line, abide by rules and discipline, be a clean and honest person, and do things cleanly.

The conference requires that the study and education of party discipline should be combined with central work, closely guided by Baowu's "four modernizations" and "four haves" directions and accounting management concepts, guided by China Steel Group's "one specialty, two conversions, three increases, and three reductions" business philosophy, closely focusing on monthly, quarterly, and annual business development goals, and carrying out in-depth work such as opening up sources and reducing costs, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, benchmarking and finding differences, equipment renovation, market development, collaborative efforts, and selecting advanced typical figures. All affiliated units and departments work together to overcome difficulties, promote the implementation and effectiveness of various quality and efficiency improvement measures, and make unremitting efforts to enhance the company's business development quality and value creation ability.
