From July 16th to 19th, Liu Guowang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Steel Group, visited China Steel Lonai for research and guidance, conducted in-depth on-site inspections of production and operation, had in-depth exchanges with cadres and employees, jointly analyzed the situation, clarified tasks, and planned development. Zhao Chunyang, Deputy General Manager of China Steel Group, participated in the research.

During the survey, Liu Guowang went to Sinosteel's Luonailuo Base, Luoxin Base and Sinosteel's Luonaiyuan Institute to inspect the work, understand in detail the on-site management and process technology of the magnesia material work area, composite material work area, functional and amorphous material work area, investigate the State Key Laboratory of advanced refractory materials, and have extensive and in-depth exchanges with managers at all levels, front-line grass-roots employees, and scientific and technological workers.

At the subsequent cadre and staff symposium, Liu Guowang expressed gratitude to all the cadres and staff of Sinosteel Luonai for their efforts and contributions to the development of the enterprise. And it is pointed out that the more than 60 years of historical inheritance of China Steel Luoyang has accumulated a strong driving force for the innovative development of the enterprise. All cadres and employees should have firm confidence, carry forward the past and open up the future, and strive to write a new chapter in the development of Luoyang. Liu Guowang put forward five requirements for the business development of China Steel Luoyang. One is to elevate one's position and unite as one to pursue one's career. To establish a global perspective, inherit the red gene, bravely shoulder the national mission, all cadres and employees should think and work together towards the goal of integrated and benign operation. The second is to deepen understanding and rationally observe the situation. Be aware of the long-term downward trend of the steel industry and the intense competition in the refractory materials industry. On the one hand, we need to look inward and conduct in-depth analysis, scientifically apply the advantages of brand value, technological talents, and employee skills accumulated in history, and resolutely overcome the shortcomings in "two gold" control, production efficiency, management efficiency, product structure, and other aspects. On the other hand, we need to focus on value creation, actively approach the market to explore new areas, meet customized customer needs, and continuously create a win-win situation for both customers and the company. The third is to strengthen confidence, undertake missions and seek development. To consolidate and carry forward the determination of Luoyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to refine into steel, the backbone of dancing with fire, and the confidence of mastering the craft, we must make good use of the natural advantages of the Baowu industrial ecosystem, continuously enhance internal and external coordination, and promote new breakthroughs in technological innovation of Zhonggang Luoyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The fourth is to take unified action and make every effort to become stronger. To make survival and development the top priority at present, we need to coordinate and plan in areas such as low-end business survival and focusing on mid to high end business, establish a business philosophy of product high-end, technology leading, price marketization, and service value, and strive to build a high-end technology and value service enterprise. At the same time, accelerate weight loss and fitness, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and continuously improve operational efficiency and quality. The fifth is to play a game of chess between the party, government, work groups, firmly adhere to technological innovation and management reform, effectively enhance the vitality of group organizations, and form a good situation where party building leads group organizations and group organizations develop together.
