In order to implement the general requirements of Party building in the new era, effectively carry out the work of Party member development, enhance the ideological and political quality of active Party members and development targets, and strengthen their sense of responsibility and mission, Sinosteel Luonai recently organized the 2024 training for active Party members and development targets, focusing on themes such as Party history, Party Constitution, Party rules and discipline. Through special lectures, visits and practices, more than 70 active Party members and development targets of the company were systematically trained.

Zhang Hongbo, Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, took "learning history to understand reason, learning history to enhance trust, learning history to uphold virtue, and learning history to act vigorously" as the starting point, and reviewed the major events and achievements of the Communist Party of China since its establishment along the four periods of the New Democratic Revolution, socialist revolution and construction, reform and opening up, socialist modernization construction, and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. He led everyone to focus on studying the great achievements that China has achieved since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, and told the arduous, extraordinary, and great century long history that the Communist Party of China has gone through.

Wang Benhui, Assistant Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, gave a detailed explanation of the provisions of the Party Constitution, which deepened the understanding of the Party's program, mission, and purpose among active Party members and development targets, firmly established correct worldviews, outlooks on life, and values, remembered that Communist Party members are vanguard soldiers of the Chinese working class with communist consciousness, remembered the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, enhanced their sense of identification with the Party's theory, belonging to the Party organization, and sense of mission to undertake Party member obligations, based on their own positions, worked diligently, and accepted the test of the Party organization with practical actions.

The active party members and development targets visited the red education base, traced the red genes in the red stories, gathered the strength of progress, and experienced the patriotic sentiment, unremitting struggle, and selfless dedication of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries. This inspired the active party members and development targets to firmly uphold their ideals and beliefs, and to actively approach the party organization with confidence and determination.
