Say goodbye to the sweat drenched June and welcome the hopeful and challenging July. Recently, Sinosteel Luonai Institute held the graduation ceremony for the 2024 master's students, attended by graduate supervisors, current graduate students, and representatives of employees from various units.

At the graduation ceremony, Wang Zhanmin, Deputy General Manager and Master's Supervisor of Sinosteel Luonai, presented graduation certificates to the graduating students and distributed them. Wang Gang, General Manager of Zhonggang Luoyang Institute and Chairman of the Degree Evaluation Committee, delivered a speech. He warmly congratulated the graduating graduate students and expressed sincere gratitude to all the leaders, mentors, and employees who cared about, helped, and guided their growth. Around learning, work, and life, Wang Gang passionately shared his experiences and insights: firstly, one must have emotions, and patriotism is the greatest emotion, which is the foundation that supports a person's lifelong career; Secondly, one must have perseverance. In recent years, Sinosteel Luonai has deeply implemented the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with talents, actively explored a new mode of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, created a new pattern of collaborative talent cultivation between industry, university and research, and continued to provide refractory professionals for the society by using platforms such as the awarding point of master's degree and the State Key Laboratory of advanced refractory materials.
