To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implement the general requirements for Party building in the new era, and improve the comprehensive quality and performance capabilities of grassroots Party workers, the Party Committee of Sinosteel Luoyang Refractories Co., Ltd. held a training session for Party workers on June 18. Approximately 90 participants attended the training, including secretaries and members of Party organizations at all levels of the company, as well as personnel engaged in Party work and related fields from the Party Committee Office, Party Committee Organization Department, Party-Mass Work Department, Discipline Inspection Commission, Labor Union, and mass organizations. Zhang Xiaofeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Sinosteel Luoyang Refractories Co., Ltd., presided over the training session.

The party affairs staff training held this time invited teachers from the Luoyang Municipal Party School of the Communist Party of China to give lectures. The course arrangement is based on the practical work of grassroots party building and adheres to precision and effectiveness.   Teacher Shi Liru's lecture on "Standardizing the Party Member Development Process and Controlling the Entrance" provided a detailed explanation of the 25 procedures in the 5 stages of the entire process of developing Party members, helping Party affairs personnel further clarify issues such as the time nodes of each stage and link in the process of developing Party members; The Regulations on the Work of Grass roots Organizations of State owned Enterprises of the CPC and the Regulations on the Work of Branches of the CPC (for Trial Implementation) taught by Mr. Zhang Yafei systematically explained the background and process, purpose and significance, core content, and implementation of the two Regulations. This training has rich content, strong practicality, wide coverage, and strong professionalism, which has helped party workers consolidate their theoretical foundation, further master the work process, enhance their awareness of handling and solving practical problems in grassroots party building, and lay a foundation for improving the work level of grassroots party organizations and promoting the implementation of grassroots party building responsibilities by party branches.
