June 5th is World Environment Day on June 5th, and this year's promotional theme is "Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China". In order to enhance the ability and professional competence of management personnel at all levels, Sinosteel Luonai Materials Technology Corporation. held an energy and environmental management capacity improvement training from June 4th to June 7th. This training is an important part of the World Environment Day promotion activities. More than 80 personnel, including Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager Bo Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Zhang Xiaofeng, Deputy General Managers Zuo Rui, Wang Wenwu, Geng Keming, and heads of various bases, functional departments, and business departments, participated in the training. Wang Wenwu presided over the opening ceremony of the class.

At the opening ceremony, Bo Jun put forward two requirements for this training: firstly, to raise awareness and enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility in environmental protection work. In the face of severe situations and existing problems, we must hold the bottom line, resolutely overcome complacency and lucky mentality, accelerate the filling of the shortcomings and problems in business management and production sites, comprehensively rectify and rectify energy and environmental protection issues, truly engrave ecological environment protection work, carry it on our shoulders, and grasp it in our hands, and make every effort to promote energy and environmental protection work to a new level. Secondly, cherish learning opportunities and truly deepen one's understanding. Learn with questions in mind, integrate theory with practice, compare training content while learning and thinking, transform learning outcomes into work effectiveness, ensure that learning is gained, accomplished, and applied.

This training invited 7 teachers from Tsinghua University Shanxi Clean Energy Research Institute, Baoxin Software (Anhui) Co., Ltd., Hubei Junbang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd. Qian'an Iron and Steel Company, Wuhan Anhuan Institute and other units to give lectures. The training adopts the method of "expert centralized face-to-face teaching+classroom interactive communication+key knowledge assessment". The teaching content includes three parts: dual carbon, environmental protection, and energy conservation. The instructor is guided by solving practical problems, easy to understand, and full of "practical knowledge". The trainees actively and enthusiastically spoke up during the Q&A session, actively communicating and exchanging ideas with each teacher, creating a strong learning atmosphere.

In order to test the learning effectiveness, written exams were conducted on June 6th and June 7th respectively for the training on environmental protection and energy conservation. At the exam site, all students are thinking carefully and focusing on answering questions.
