In order to accelerate the construction of the company's "one headquarters, multiple bases" safety production management mode, enhance the efficiency of the company's safety production management work, improve the safety management personnel's ability to build a safety system, and learn from the excellent achievements of Baowu Group's safety management system, Zuo Rui, Vice General Manager of China Steel Luonai, recently led a team to Baosteel Group's Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to carry out safety production learning and exchange activities.

Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was the first large-scale modern steel joint venture built after the founding of the People's Republic of China. It was officially completed and put into operation on September 13, 1958. Through decades of safety production practice, many unique and effective experiences and practices have been summarized.

In the conference room of the Control Center of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., personnel from the Security Department introduced the safety production management system and development history of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. They also introduced the safety production management measures, experience and practices, and achievements of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. from the aspects of full staff safety performance, "implementation of the full staff safety production responsibility system" labor competition, and collaborative safety management. At the meeting, everyone also had in-depth discussions and exchanges on the problems they encountered in their daily work.

In the afternoon, I visited the 5G automated production line in the fourth steelmaking workshop of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and learned about the practice of all staff training and experienced the VR training method at the Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Safety Perception Training Center.

Participants in the learning and exchange program expressed that they deeply felt the rich safety culture of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and learned from its advanced safety management experience, providing valuable reference and inspiration for future safety production work.
