Shoot what? How to shoot? How can we shoot better? In order to enhance the overall level of news promotion at Sinosteel Luonai and better adapt to the trend of news promotion in the new media era, a "puzzle solving" photography and short video production special training was held on May 23rd at Sinosteel Luonai Red Education Base. More than 80 correspondents and related staff from various functional departments, business units, and bases participated in the training through online and offline forms.

The person in charge of the Party and Mass Work Department (Enterprise Culture Department) emphasized in his speech that cultural confidence is the most fundamental, profound, and lasting force in the development of a country and a nation. News propaganda is an important component of strengthening cultural confidence. It is hoped that through this training, more professionals with professional skills in photography and videography can be trained to better adapt to the needs of modern new media development and provide better support for enhancing the soft power role of corporate culture in production and operation.

This training was conducted in the form of "theory+practice+interaction", and invited Mr. Zeng Xianping, a member of the China Photographers Association and the Executive Editor and General Manager of the Luobao Integrated Media Visual Dream Workshop, as well as several senior photography and videography enthusiasts to give lectures to everyone.

Teacher Zeng Xianping, based on his rich photography experience and practical experience in news work, started from two aspects: government photography and news photography. He focused on the characteristics of photography, photography precautions, conference shooting methods, etc., and provided detailed explanations on how to take good corporate news pictures, shooting positions, and application skills in different shooting scenarios. He also gave a large number of excellent photography works as examples and explained them in a simple and understandable way, so that the trainees could understand, learn and apply them, comprehensively improving their photography skills.

Several senior photography enthusiasts and lecturers from within Baowu and the company have expressed that photography art is a unique way of expression. It captures the world through the lens and tells stories through images, which can awaken people's longing and pursuit of beauty. Each person shared their experience in photography themes, composition techniques, lighting application, focusing principles, post-processing, and other aspects, answered the questions encountered by the trainees during the photography process, and provided on-site guidance for the trainees to carry out practical operations, effectively achieving the goal of "starting with theoretical knowledge and thinking deeply".

This training is rich in content, highlights key points, and is full of practical knowledge, with both theoretical depth and practical warmth. The trainees are full of learning enthusiasm, either through practical exercises or recording with their heads down, listening attentively to explanations. They all expressed that this training has deepened their understanding of news and publicity work, expanded their professional knowledge of photography, improved their photography skills, and benefited greatly. They will apply the good methods and experiences they have learned to practical work as soon as possible, and transform the learning results into work results. They will make their own efforts to tell the story of Luonai well, spread Luonai's voice, and contribute to the construction of Luonai's corporate culture!
