Sinosteel Luonai (Luoyang) New Materials Co., Ltd. has deployed a 5G private network to support network transmission in the factory area. Based on the 5G network, 5G+data collection has been deployed to collect and upload workshop equipment operation data to the MES system. After data analysis and processing, the comprehensive monitoring of workshop equipment operation status is displayed in real time. At the same time, the MES system can receive instructions from the control system, process equipment data, and complete the construction of the brain and veins in the smart workshop.
