On September 26th, Bo Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager of China Steel Luonai, and Geng Keming, Deputy General Manager, visited Wuhan Refractory for inspection and research. Vice General Manager of Sinosteel Luonai, Party Secretary, Executive Director, and President of Wuhan Refractory, Zuo Rui, accompanied the research.

Zuo Rui reported on the production and operation situation of Wuhan Refractory from January to August 2023, including the progress of key work, existing problems and shortcomings, and the main measures for the next step of operation.

Bo Jun affirmed the achievements made by Wuhan Refractory under the leadership of the new leadership team, who acted quickly and made every effort to promote the implementation of various tasks. He pointed out that in the face of the complex and severe production and operation situation, we must first firmly grasp the implementation of strategic planning, leverage the advantages of China Steel Luonai platform, clarify strategic direction and goals, actively explore and innovate development measures, continuously enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, and achieve high-quality development. Secondly, we must adhere to the drive of technological innovation, take it as our responsibility to become stronger, better and bigger, comprehensively strengthen cooperation with universities such as Wuhan University of Science and Technology, increase the training of scientific and technological talents and reserve talents, and provide customers with comprehensive technical and value-added services. We must promote continuous innovation, increase the upgrading of production line equipment, gradually achieve automation and unmanned operation, and promote enterprise development through mechanism and system, business model transformation and upgrading, and management model innovation. We must deepen enterprise reform, fully leverage the leading role of Party building and the exemplary leading role of Party members, and actively solve problems in production, operation, and reform and development through independent innovation activities such as tackling research projects. We must focus on promoting quality and efficiency improvement, actively accounting for operations, pursuing ultimate efficiency and benefits, increasing production capacity utilization, and improving the production income and per capita income level of our main business.

Bo Jun and his team also conducted on-site inspections and research at the Cannon Mud Division and Manufacturing Company, requiring relevant production line leaders to boldly "go global", exchange and learn from advanced peers in the industry, complement each other's strengths and weaknesses, and comprehensively improve the development quality of the enterprise.
