On the afternoon of May 28, the Party Committee of Sinosteel Luo Nai Company held a signing meeting for party building and co-construction of grassroots party organizations. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Hua Shuo presided over the meeting. Party Secretary Li Guofu and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee Du Bo attended the meeting.
In order to create a new pattern of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual promotion and common improvement" of Sinosteel Luonai's party building work and promote the integration of "two resistances", the company's party committee issued the "Primary Party Organization Party Building Pilot Work on April 15 "Guiding Opinions", in Sinosteel Refractory and Sinosteel Luo Nai Institute each selected 5 primary party organizations to pair up to carry out the pilot work of party building and joint construction. On April 30th, the company’s party committee held a basic-level party organization party building and joint construction pilot work promotion meeting, which clarified the requirements for problem-oriented, exchange and mutual learning, learning from each other, drawing on each other’s strengths, and formulating annual work plans. A preliminary discussion was made on the ways and means of achieving the goals. After the promotion meeting, 5 pairs of grassroots party organizations conducted further exchanges and discussions, starting from six aspects of ideology, organization, system, style, team, and management, and each formulated specific annual party building and joint building work plans, involving party organizations 47 specific issues were jointly established to tackle key problems and were included in the "Party Building and Joint Construction Agreement."
At the signing meeting, Party Secretary Li Guofu put forward three requirements for the party building and co-construction of grassroots party organizations: First, it is necessary to understand why party building and co-construction are required. From integration to integration, the “two resistances” must go first in party building, and promote business integration from the integration of ideas and culture. The development of Sinosteel Luo Nai and the realization of the goal of building a world-class refractory company cannot be separated from the leadership of party building and the pioneer model of party members. The role of support is inseparable from the guarantee of the role of the grassroots party organization as a battle fortress; the second is to understand how to do party building and joint building. Party building and joint construction are an effective means to promote the integration of "two tolerances". In the process of co-construction, it is necessary to form a good atmosphere of "compared to learn to help surpass", and to surpass learning in team building, grassroots organization construction, business performance, management efficiency, team cohesion, and innovation work; the third is to think of construction The contributions made by world-class refractory companies test the effectiveness of party building.
